Cards should remain clean and unbent, books should not show writing or torn pages, toys should be complete, and desks or racks should be protected from scratches, dents, missing hardware, and assembly damage.

Complete contents All cards, blocks, parts, screws, manuals, accessories, and included packaging materials should be returned.
Original packaging Original packaging helps protect the item and supports a smoother inspection process.

Every product category has its own practical considerations. A set of alphabet cards, a sensory toy, a tracing book, and a kids desk do not return in exactly the same way, so our policy considers both customer experience and product integrity.
